   Silver by the Sea

I met the gal who owns Silver by the Sea at a local craft fair.  I really liked her jewelry and offered to help her with her photography for the webpage.  I had SUCH a blast creating these images!!  Once again, I can't stress enough times - I don't own a fancy studio or even a fancy digital camera.  I use available light (outdoor shade, or my homemade diffuser, which is another upcoming tutorial).  When photographing small objects, make sure that you have the macro selection turned on in your camera.  The universal symbol for this is a flower.  Also make sure that your lens is on wide angle, no zooming.  To see more of the images and better yet, BUY the jewelry go to: www.silverbythsea.net

The rocks are from an aquarium, spread on a sheet on my TV tray. Seaweed from the beach. Kelp bladder helps establish size of stones in bracelet.
