Soft focus techniques can enhance the quality of your image and lighting in just a couple of quick steps. Let's start with a lovely portrait of Koji and make his cute freckles a little less prevalent and add a subtle glow to both the shadow and highlight side of his face. Then we'll try a flower. This technique is so subtle, click back and forth on the before and after photos. This is a great technique to use to make Mom look a little better without it looks like she "had work"!
Create a duplicate layer - Layer>duplicate layer. This layer will be in the Layer palette ABOVE your original. |
